Captured Forever

My darling Sarah is a photographer.  You should see how many pictures of EVERY LITTLE THING I have on my iPhoto!  But I'm OK with that-she is perfecting her craft, and in my opinion, she is pretty good at it!

Weight Watchers week #49

I only know what week I am in based on how far it is to my one-year anniversary of being in Weight Watchers!  I can't believe I have been at this endeavor for almost a whole year!!  My current goal is to lose the rest of my weight by the end of December!  I will have to push hard, but it is possible!

This week I hit 60 POUNDS LOST!!!!!!!  Even I feel like that is surreal!

Based on the number of people that AREN'T in my meetings anymore, I guess I can see why they always have that astrick on the magazine ads: Results not typical!

You really have to work hard at this.  Every day, every meal, every work out.

Marc has made me a deal that upon completion of my goal he will give me $1000 towards a new wardrobe-I am willing to bet I'll find enough deals to walk away from the shops with more clothes than the people on What Not to Wear and their $5000 of New York price clothes!  This is a super exciting promise and he plans to put the money aside in 5 weeks!!  It will be quite necessary.  Just today I got out a favorite pair of pants I hadn't tried on since last winter and they were RIDICULOUS!!  Marc and I thought I looked like a magazine ad with those!  I could pull them out 5 inches!!

The other thing going on with this is our paper chain.  I have 26.6 lbs left to lose to reach WW goal for my height.  Marc suggested we use the paper chain the preschoolers had just made to keep track of what I have left to lose.  Each Tuesday when I get home from meeting now, the kids can rip off however many chains equal however many pounds I lost that week.  Such encouraging support!!!  I love my husband and kids support!  They have been invaluable in this project!

A Little bit of 7

Sarah took this picture of my at the Dr.s, but it shows that I have definitely lost weight!!
