I was getting discouraged this week. My scale wasn't acting favorable. I was sure this was just a counting points thing-easy peasy! But, no!! I ate inside my points and didn't lose the 4.8 of last week. Now I have to consider the QUALITY of my food and spend my points on GOOD food. O.K. Lesson learned.
HOWEVER, I was thrilled to find out that I did still lose 2.8 pounds!! Yeah!! That is ALMOST 3! My scale really isn't any good. It discouraged me, but I won't bother with it this week! Now on to find more protein and grain and less yummy fall treats!!
