Weight Watchers: Somewhere in the 7th month

     Today was a good day.  Rather, this week was a good week.  I had hit the non-exercise wall with my head over and over the last month.  Not losing weight by dieting alone just didn't want to sink in.  FINALLY THIS WEEK, I determined to exercise.  I walked with my friend Erin for 45 minutes and all the kids both Wednesday and Thursday nights-even after hectic days and rushed through dinners to get there!  Friday I walked around the piano lesson building and to a produce stand for 25 min.  On Saturday we got up at 6am and walked sans kids since Marc was home.  Monday we had planned to walk, but it was stormy.  This morning we did 45 minutes of a WW cardio DVD and were certainly sweatin' by the end!    I tracked all my food religiously this week and was a good girl when we went to restaurants.  It was a good week and I was praying for good results.
     So the good results came in at 2.8 pounds lost this week.  Mind you I gained a pound last week and a couple of weeks ago.  I sure needed this.  Another week with a 2 pound loss and I will be at 40 pounds lost!!!  Super exciting.  That will be half of my goal!!  My current goal is 28 more pounds by July and the full 80 by December(15 months on the program).  Lord willing I will reach my goals in time, or else break them(in the good sense)!!!!!!
